Aldus Comma Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the original form that they were received. Only unwashed, unworn items with all tags attached will be eligible for exchange. Items that have stains, odors, pet hair, or missing tags will be denied for exchange – no exceptions.
  • Aldus Comma has the right to deny any item(s) for exchange that go against our policy.
  • After an exchange has been requested via e-mail or the form below, item(s) must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving the shipping label.
  • Once the items reach the Aldus Comma HQ, please allow 1 – 4 business days for processing.
  • We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping, however, in the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please e-mail us at the address below so that we can evaluate and remedy the situation ASAP.
  • Only orders shipped to the United States and Canada are eligible for exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds for returns - exchange only.
